We are so excited to share this engagement session of our long-time friend, former Butter photographer, and one of Hong Kong’s TOP wedding photographers, Tobias and his gorgeous fiancé Ruth. Within one week, this jet-setting couple, flew from HK, posed for these photos, and got hitched in this beautiful city of ours. Your wedding day goes by in a flash: so many details go fuzzy amidst the sensory overload-- all of your DIY handiwork and months of planning finished, in what feels like the shortest day of my life. Thank goodness for Butter Weddings who captured the moments of our wedding day that my eyes could not. They were the best. Showing up ahead of time, quickly staging flowers and arranging our bridal party and family. Finding the right moment to pull us away to capture the best light of the day. Effortlessly moving through all of our guests at a photo booth receiving line- best idea ever, by the way! From our engagement shoot the month after Peter popped the question where Gina and Chris helped us stage an outdoor living room at the waters edge, to staging and preserving every little detail of our wedding day, they captured our memories like the pros that they are.
